Thank You Card

I was just dying to figure out what I could use my new blender pens on!  Found it!

We needed thank you cards at work, so of course I volunteered!

Items needed:
  White Cardstock
  Stampin Up "Happy Watercolor"
Stampin Up "Tag Topper Scalloped" Punch
  Stampin Up Blender Pens
Ink Pad - I used Stampin Up's Elegant Eggplant and Always Artichoke
Color Cardstock to coordinate with Ink
  Ribbon to coordinate with Ink
  Staz-On Black Ink

The first thing I did was to divide a piece of 8 1/2" x 11" white cardstock in half.  Using one half, I cut my 2" strip to make the scalloped tag.  Take the other half and fold in half to make the main section of your card.

Using the watercolor stamp, I first made the blotches by stamping the artichoke ink pad, scrap paper, then on the tag so it wouldn't be too dark.

I then stamped the flowers using the Staz-On Ink (I didn't use the whole stamp!)  I have a lot of old Stampin Up word phase stamps, so I chose the "Many Thanks" from who knows what year!  Use whatever saying you need.

Using Eggplant and Artichoke with my blending pens, I filled in the flowers and stems.

I attached the matching ribbon and then applied to the colored card stock with dimensions. Then attach it all to the white cardstock.

You can use this simple card for any occasions!  Just stamp what you need!
